Shipping policy

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

At this time, we can only accept online orders for shipping within the United States and do not offer international shipping. For secure delivery, Nalux Collections does not ship to P.O. boxes.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS

Delivery times apply to in-stock products only. If you order an item on pre-order, payment will be processed at the time of purchase, and we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. 

FEDERAL HOLIDAYS

Please note that USA Federal Holidays may affect delivery times, and we are unable to deliver on these days. The estimated delivery date will be displayed during checkout.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We strive to deliver all orders promptly. Please keep in mind that the delivery dates provided by our carriers are estimates, and in rare cases, packages may arrive beyond the anticipated timeframe.

TRACKING & SIGNATURES

All deliveries are tracked, and some may require a signature upon receipt.
